aMSN is an open source clone of MSN Messenger. It aims to implement as many features as possible from the original, and to provide even more features on top of that. Alot of the extra features are added through plug-ins e.g. POP3 e-mail support and translation. Also aMSN has skinning support - new skins can be downloaded to make aMSN blend into your desktop. Some of the more important MSN features supported are webcam, file transfers, display pictures and support for MSN mobile service. |
